Eight Ash Green Village Hall
Our new modern community venue has been completely rebuilt offering users and hirers a huge improvement in space , comfort and accessibility. The main hall is a bright, spacious and flexible space suitable for various different types of events and activities. In the Main Hall seating can be available for up to 100 people, with use of large round banquet tables or smaller rectangle tables. We also have a separate comfortable meeting room which is big enough to accommodate group meetings yet still able offer those smaller group users a space to meet and gather. A fully fitted spacious kitchen, including large chiller fridge and with direct serving access into the Main Hall. The hall is complimented by modern fully accessible toilet facilities including baby changing area.
Booking Guidance
The village Hall is managed and run by volunteers only, for this reason we cannot accept any bookings by phone.
ALL bookings received are requests until processed.
Requests for one-off bookings can be made online via our booking form. Requests to discuss any potential regular bookings MUST be made by email to ensure a suitable timeslot can be accommodated. Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed booking must also be made by email.
Any request that is genuinely urgent should be marked "urgent" in the subject line of the email and we will try to prioritise a reply, all other emails are usually dealt within 2 to 4 working days.
